WE CAN’T SAY IT ENOUGH! Please if your business, thesis, photos and taxes are priceless to you, then you need to make multiple back ups of that data. Yes there is a good chance that your data can be recovered. Sometimes that data can’t be recovered in a way that is easily re input or be readable by your software for a variety of reasons. The process of reconfiguring and recompiling the data in a usable workable format could take hours and hours of tedious work which means it can cost you big in the wallet. If you keep a back up on CD’s, DVD’S, jump drives or on a cloud drive you can save yourself a lot of heartache and cash.

NEVER respond to the phone number on these messages no matter how loud the buzzer or respond to phone call scams NO REPUTABLE COMPANY WILL CALL YOU TO TELL YOU YOUR COMPUTER IS INFECTED. That’s not how this works, Never allow a total stranger access to your computer. Never give your credit card number or bank account info out over the phone. The people that call you are the same people that are causing your computer to perform poorly. When you give the them access they know have a open pass to see everything in your computer and now they just sit back and collect your data to sell or exploit. If you get this type of phone call you should call us or your local shop that you have a trusting relationship with and have them do a tune up. This will cost you far less in the long run while improving your equipments performance.
